About

Kari Spears

I am originally from Central Arkansas and have lived in NWA since 2004. I have worked in the mental health field since 2006. My post-masters background is in medical social work, higher education, and therapy. I enjoy working with individuals who are exploring their sense of self, developing their voice, and growing in confidence through setting boundaries. I am an assertive person with a good sense of humor and a thick accent.

You can laugh, cry, and process all the feels in session.

Don't be afraid to be yourself in my office.

I am passionate about justice, equality, and honesty. LGBTQ+ friendly. Body positive. Non-faith-based therapist.
